Gallucci Winery is a small winery just north of Stouffville, Ontario, close to Toronto. The wines are quite good with the Don Paulo red blend the best in my opinion. The facility is fairly new but small. They have a small patio in the back overlooking the vineyard with cheese and prosciutto and perhaps other things, I haven’t had a chance yet to sample the food. The winery is just north of Stouffville in an area that used to be all farms but that is changing quickly. If the new airport actually gets built, it will change drastically and, in my opinion, not for the better. The tasting area is quite small but I haven’t found the winery crowded in my visits there. If you have questions about the wine, be sure to ask Antonio to get the best answer. Gallucci is close to Willow Springs Winery but there isn’t much else in the area other than a small fruit wine store at a local farm. But if you’re in Toronto and don’t want to drive for an hour (or more) to get to Niagara, give this place a try
